Comprehensive intake and treatment planning via secure video. -
Refill Visit (Message-Based) – $150
Asynchronous follow-up through secure messaging. -
Refill Visit (Video) – $175
Live telehealth follow-up with real-time support.

Lab Services

Lab Order – $50
Includes lab order and detailed instructions for collection. Lab facility cost covered by most insurance. -
Lab Review (Message Only, no Video Visit) – $75
Review of lab results with via secure messaging. -
Lab Review (Video Visit) – $125
15-minute virtual session to review results, answer questions, and adjust your care plan as needed.
Do you accept insurance?
While I don’t accept insurance directly, my cash-based model allows me to focus on delivering personalized, high-quality care tailored to your needs, free from the constraints of traditional insurance. Many patients discover that their insurance can still cover the cost of labs and medications prescribed during our visits.
I’m happy to provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement, which may help offset some of your expenses. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
